Bert is an all-round media expert with deep roots in journalism. He is currently the Coordinator and Lecturer of Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the School of Journalism, part of the Institute of Media at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences. With extensive experience in the fast-moving arena where content, technology, and business converge, Bert wants to guide the next generation of media professionals.

Throughout his career, Bert has maintained a keen focus on the intersection of media, technology, and innovation. He thrives on the challenges and opportunities that arise from the rapid evolution of these fields.

Bert is also passionate about the potential of AI in education and content production. He sees AI as a transformative tool that can not only streamline en improve content creation but also create more personalized, adaptive learning experiences.
